Articulo 87 . Presentada una de las causales a que se re fiere el articulo precedente la asamblea de oficio o a pe tición de parte, dispondrá de un término no mayor de 30 días calendario, contados a partir del conocimiento del hecho para decidir de fondo, observando lo dispuesto en el articulo 60 del presente Decreto.
