Los miembros del Consejo Directivo, además de las incompatibilidades e inhabilidades consagradas en los estatutos, tendrán las siguientes

a)

Ser parientes entre si, dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad, segundo de afinidad o primero civil;

b)

Ser cónyuge, compañero (ra) permanente entre si;

c)

Ser empleado público;

d)

Ser pariente dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad, segundo de afinidad, primero civil cónyuge, compañero (ra) permanente de los miembros del comité de vigilancia, del Gerente, del Secretario; del Tesorero o del Fiscal de la asociación, y

e)

Ser pariente dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad, segundo de afinidad, primero civil, cónyuge, compañero (ra) permanente de las funcionarios de la Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor.
