El Comité de Vigilancia, tendrá además de las funciones señaladas por la asamblea y los estatutos las siguientes

Velar par el estricto cumplimiento de las obligaciones legales y estatutarias;

Velar par el cumplimiento de los deberes de cada uno de los órganos de dirección;

Rendir informes de su actividad, al Consejo Directivo y a la asamblea, y

Adelantar las investigaciones que le ordene la asamblea.
