El consejo Directivo además de las funciones que le asignen los estatutos o la asamblea general tendrá entre otras, las siguientes: a) Preparar el proyecto de presupuesto anual, los balances y demás estados de cuentas e informes que solicite la asamblea para, su aprobación b) enviar copia del presupuesto a la Dirección Nacional del . Derecho de Autor; c) Elegir al Gerente , y al Secretario General de la asociación; d) Elaborar los planes de inversión a que haya lugar, y e) Ordenar el gasto de conformidad con lo que establezca los estatutos o la asamblea.
