Para que proceda la exclusión de un asociado se requiere concepto favorable de la Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor, dependencia que comprobara los motivos, teniendo en cuenta las pruebas aportadas por la asociación y podrá solicitar la exclusión cuando compruebe que las obras han dejado de ser explotadas o utilizadas.
