La Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor registrara los estatutos, una vez hallados acordes con el ordenamiento legal, sellara y rubricara cada una de sus hojas, sentara un acta en el original y copia del mismo documento donde conste la fecha del acta y la de aprobación de los mismos, por parte de la asamblea. El original de los estatutos se entregara a la asociación y copia de estos reposaran en los archivos de la Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor.
