Las tarifas por concepto de ejecución pública, serán las que acuerden los titulares del derecho con los usuarios. A falta de concertación, acuerdo o contrato entre las partes, regirán las que fije en forma general la Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor mediante resolución motivada.
