No podrá distribuirse, venderse, alquilarse, permutarse o exhibirse ninguna obra cinematográfica fijada en cinta de video, videograma o material audiovisual, que no cumpla los requisitos establecidos en el presente titulo. La violación a estas normas será sancionada de conformidad con lo establecido en los capítulos XVII y XVIII de la Ley 23 de 1982. Las autoridades de Policía prestaran a los titulares, representantes legales o causahabientes legítimos de los derechos descritos en el presente titulo, la protección y vigilancia que las leyes establezcan.
