Se entiende por reserva la guarda o custodia de un nombre que realiza el Ministerio de Gobierno con el objeto de que sea utilizado exclusivamente por el solicitante a cuyo favor se otorga. La reserva podrá concederse a la misma persona para que utilice el nombre en diferentes medios de comunicación.
