º. Los servidores públicos con derechos de carrera administrativa del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad (DAS) en supresión, que sean incorporados en los empleos creados para el efecto en el presente decreto, conservarán estos derechos y a partir de la fecha de su incorporación se regirán por el régimen de carrera establecido para los servidores públicos de la Contraloría General de la República.
