Los servidores públicos del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad (DAS) en supresión que sean incorporados en los empleos que se crean en el presente Decreto, lo harán sin solución de continuidad y en la misma condición de carrera o provisionalidad que ostentaban en el DAS en supresión, al momento de la incorporación.
