º. A partir de la fecha de expedición de este Decreto, los TAN que haya recomprado el Fondo de Amortización, se excluirán de la base para calcular el capital señalado por el artículo 7º de la Ley 34 de 1984, que corresponderá al 10% del valor de los títulos en circulación. Así mismo, cuando una entidad sustituya inversión en TAN Clase "A" por "B" o "C" y viceversa, el título sustituido deberá amortizarse.
