ARTICULO 7o . En ningún caso la incorporación a la nueva planta, podrá implicar desmejoramiento en las condiciones laborales y salariales de los funcionarios que ocupaban empleos de la planta anterior, en la Dirección Nacional de Instrucción Criminal y Cuerpo Técnico de Policía Judicial.
