ARTICULO 17 . Vigencias y derogatorias. El presente Decreto rige a partir del 1º de julio de 1991, previa su publicación, deroga los artículos 52, 53, 54, 55, 56 y 57 del Decreto - ley 1042 de 1978, los Decretos leyes 189 de 1982, 37 de 1989, 063 de 1990, y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias, con excepción de los Decretos leyes 1016 y 1624 de 1991.
