ARTICULO 12 . Requisitos. El estímulo mencionado en el artículo anterior se concederá en el mes de diciembre de cada año a los funcionarios o empleados que desempeñen el cargo de profesional especializado u otro de nivel inferior, o sus equivalentes, y con un tiempo de servicios en la entidad mínimo de un (1) año.
