Remuneración electoral. La remuneración electoral de que trata el Decreto 1434 de 1982 será del ciento cincuenta por ciento (150%) de la asignación básica mensual que corresponde al empleo de planta del cual es titular, con excepción del Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil. La remuneración electoral se pagará por una sola vez en cada año electoral y será cubierta en el mes siguiente a la celebración de la última elección del respectivo año, sin que constituya factor salarial para ningún efecto legal.
