º Temporalidad. La Prima Técnica se concederá a los funcionarios jurisdiccionales de que trata el artículo 1º del presente Decreto durante el tiempo en que permanezcan en el desempeño de sus cargos. En ningún caso habrá lugar al pago de la Prima Técnica durante las licencias no remuneradas.
