° Información personal . La información que se suministre a las autoridades o a los concesionarios con destino a aquéllas, con el propósito de obtener autorización para la utilización de sistemas de radiocomunicaciones y operar equipos de telefonía o radiotelefonía móvil, buscapersonas, portátiles handys o radioteléfonos, se entenderá rendida bajo juramento, circunstancia sobre la cual se advertirá al particular al solicitarle la información respectiva.
