º Apruébase la reforma del artículo 19 de los Estatutos del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, adoptados por su Junta Directiva, como consta en el Acta número 1693 del 14 de mayo de 1991, cuyo texto quedara así: "El instituto estará sometido a la inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 37 del Decreto 1157 de 1940. El Revisor Fiscal del Instituto será designado por el Gobierno Nacional a través del Presidente de la República y el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 20 de la Ley 45 de 1990"
