º . A partir del 1º de enero de 2003, los funcionarios que laboren en las estaciones monitoras y que desempeñen el cargo de Celador Código 5320, cualquiera que sea el grado de remuneración, tendrán derecho a un auxilio de transporte intermunicipal de cincuenta mil novecientos cincuenta y un pesos ($50.951) moneda corriente mensuales. Si el Ministerio suministra el transporte, no habrá lugar a este reconocimiento.
