° Las informaciones que se suministren a las autoridades con el propósito de obtener armas, municiones y explosivos o autorización para adquirir o usar vehículos blindados se considerarán rendidas bajo la gravedad del juramento, circunstancia sobre la cual se deberá advertir al particular al solicitarle la información respectiva.
