° El Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares, y los Comandantes de Brigada, o sus equivalentes en la Armada Nacional o Fuerza Aérea podrán suspender la vigencia de los salvoconductos para porte de armas expedidos a personas naturales o jurídicas. Esta suspensión será de carácter general o individual.
