°. Adiciónese un artículo al Decreto 4819 de 2010 en los siguientes términos: Artículo 10. Aseguramiento de Riesgos. Facúltese al Fondo Adaptación para diseñar, implementar y financiar estrategias tendientes al aseguramiento y/o cubrimiento, análisis, prevención y transferencia de riesgos resultantes de las amenazas económicas, sociales y ambientales como el Fenómeno de La Niña. Para tal fin, el Fondo con cargo a sus recursos, podrá gestionar y celebrar, con entidades nacionales y/o extranjeras los instrumentos y/o contratos que permitan el aseguramiento y/o cubrimiento de dichos riesgos.
