°. Órganos de Dirección y Administración. La Empresa Nacional de Renovación y Desarrollo Urbano, Virgilio Barco Vargas -SAS- será dirigida y administrada por la Asamblea General, la Junta Directiva y el Gerente de la Sociedad. Las funciones de los órganos sociales a los que se refiere este decreto, serán determinadas en los estatutos sociales; las funciones de las demás personas que presten servicios a la sociedad, serán determinadas por el Gerente General.
