º. Incorporación o Indemnización. Los empleados pertenecientes a la carrera administrativa de la Contraloría General de la República, a quienes se les suprime el cargo como consecuencia de lo dispuesto en el Artículo 1º del presente decreto, podrán optar entre la incorporación o la indemnización de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el régimen especial de carrera administrativa de la Contraloría General de la República.
