º. Distribución de empleos . El Contralor General de la República, mediante resolución, distribuirá los cargos de la planta de personal a que se refiere el presente decreto, teniendo en cuenta la estructura interna, las necesidades del servicio, los planes, programas, procesos, proyectos y políticas de la Contraloría General de la República. El traslado de servidores públicos que implique cambio permanente de sede territorial se efectuará previa consulta con la Comisión de Personal.
