ARTICULO 10. Los contratos que celebre la Fiscalía General de la Nación para atender el desarrollo del programa en el presente Decreto, y que tengan por objeto la construcción de obras, adquisición y arrendamiento de bienes, el suministro de elementos y la prestación de servicios, se sujetarán a las disposiciones que rigen la contratación entre particulares, sin perjuicio de que en los mismos puedan incluirse las cláusulas exorbitantes previstas por el Decreto 222 de 1983.
