ARTICULO 7º Cuando la persona que se acoja al programa a que se refiere el presente Decreto, deba comparecer ante cualquier autoridad, el Fiscal General de la Nación o el Jefe de la Oficina de Protección y Asistencia de Víctimas y Testigos podrá establecer los mecanismos adecuados para que dicha persona se presente o sea representada en la correspondiente actuación, sin perjuicio de la reserva de su identidad.
