ARTICULO 5º Quienes tengan conocimiento de los datos y documentos relacionados con la protección y asistencia o hayan intervenido en ella, tendrán la obligación de mantener en secreto o reserva la identidad de las personas acogidas al programa. La violación de esta reserva o secreto acarreará las sanciones disciplinarias y penales del caso.
