ARTICULO 3º Las personas que sean amparadas por este programa, podrán tener protección física, asistencia social, cambio de identidad, de domicilio y demás garantías que se requieran según el caso. Cuando las circunstancias así lo justifiquen, dicha protección podrá comprender hasta el traslado al exterior, incluidos los costos de transporte y subsistencia por el tiempo y bajo las condiciones que señale el Fiscal General. La Fiscalía establecerá las condiciones a que deban someterse las personas que se acojan al programa de protección.
