Decreto 4176 de 2011 · por el cual se reasignan unas funciones del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo a la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) y a la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, y se dictan otras disposiciones.

°. El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo continuará ejerciendo las funciones de qué trata este capítulo, de acuerdo con el siguiente régimen de transición

El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo conocerá y resolverá hasta su culminación, las investigaciones relacionadas con las funciones de qué trata este decreto radicadas hasta el treinta y uno (31) de diciembre de 2011 y decidirá respecto de los recursos que sean interpuestos contra las mismas.

Las investigaciones radicadas a partir del primero (1°) de enero de 2012 serán de competencia de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
