ARTICULO 7o. Del auxilio de transporte. El Instituto reconocerá y pagará a los funcionarios de seguridad social cuya asignación básica mensual, no exceda de tres (3) veces el salario mínimo, un auxilio de transporte en la misma cuantía que fije el Gobierno para los empleados oficiales y trabajadores particulares. El auxilio de que trata el presente artículo no se extenderá a los funcionarios que residan en el lugar de trabajo o que reciban del Instituto el servicio de transporte.

Decreto 141 de 1991 · por el cual se establece la asignación básica mensual de los empleados públicos del Instituto de Seguros Sociales y de los funcionarios de Seguridad Social cuya remuneración se fija por los mismos mecanismos previstos para los empleados públicos y se dictan otras disposiciones en materia salarial.
