Vigencia y Derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga todas las normas que le sean contrarias, en especial los Decretos 3620 de 2004, 485 de 2009, 2430 de 2011 y los artículos 3° y 4° del Decreto 3485 de 2011.
