Adopción de Planta . El Gobierno Nacional, en ejercicio de sus competencias constitucionales y legales, procederá a adoptar la planta de personal de la Agencia, de conformidad con la estructura establecida en el presente decreto. A los empleados de la Agencia se les aplicará el régimen general de carrera administrativa, de clasificación y de administración de personal.
