A partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, todas las referencias que hagan las disposiciones vigentes a la Agencia Presidencial para la Acción Social y la Cooperación Internacional, Acción Social, relacionados con el Programa Presidencial contra Cultivos Ilícitos y el Centro de Coordinación de Acción Integral, debe entenderse referidas a la Unidad Administrativa Especial para la Consolidación Territorial.
