Archivos. Los archivos de los cuales sea el titular la Agencia Presidencial para la Acción Social y la Cooperación Internacional, Acción Social, a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto y que tengan relación con las competencias de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Consolidación Territorial, deberán ser transferidos a esta Unidad por el Departamento Administrativo para la Prosperidad Social, en los términos señalados por la ley y acorde con las indicaciones que fijen los Secretarios Generales o quien haga sus veces de dichas entidades.
