El Certificado de Disponibilidad Presupuestal -CDP- para proveer el nombramiento del Director de la Agencia Nacional para la Superación de la Pobreza Extrema, será expedido por el Jefe de Presupuesto o quien haga sus veces en el Departamento Administrativo para la Prosperidad Social, con cargo al presupuesto de la Agencia.
