Manual de Funciones. El Contralor General de la República expedirá el Manual de Funciones y Requisitos Específicos para cada uno de los empleos teniendo en cuenta la naturaleza de las dependencias, los procesos y los procedimientos que deben ejecutarse para el cumplimiento eficiente, eficaz y efectivo de la misión y objetivos de la Contraloría General. En el Manual de Funciones y Requisitos Específicos no podrán establecerse equivalencias diferentes a las autorizadas en el presente decreto.
