°. Informe Público. El Centro de Memoria Histórica presentará al señor Presidente de la República, a más tardar el 25 de julio de 2013, el informe que en cumplimiento del artículo 51(52-2) (sic) de la Ley 975 de 2005 debía presentar la Comisión Nacional de Reparación y Reconciliación, relativo al surgimiento y evolución de los grupos armados organizados al margen de la ley. Mientras entra en funcionamiento el Centro de Memoria Histórica, el Departamento Administrativo para la Prosperidad Social garantizará el talento humano y los recursos técnicos y financieros para la elaboración de dicho informe.
