Archivos. Los servidores que desempeñen empleos o cargos de manejo y confianza y los responsables de los archivos del Departamento Administrativo para la Prosperidad, deben adelantar las gestiones necesarias para hacer entrega de los mismos, debidamente inventariados, a las nuevas entidades creadas o escindidas, en lo pertinente y en los términos señalados por la ley y acorde con las indicaciones que fijen los Secretarios Generales de las mismas.
