De conformidad con lo establecido en el inciso 2° del artículo 170 de la Ley 1448 de 2011, transfórmese el establecimiento público Agencia Presidencial para la Acción Social y la Cooperación Internacional (Acción Social) en Departamento Administrativo, el cual se denominará Departamento Administrativo para la Prosperidad Social, como organismo principal de la administración pública del Sector Administrativo de Inclusión Social y Reconciliación.
