Los procesos disciplinarios que se estén adelantando contra los funcionarios del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario (INPEC) que hagan parte de la planta de personal de la Unidad de Servicios Penitenciarios y Carcelarios (SPC), estarán a cargo de esta, los cuales serán transferidos una vez entre en funcionamiento la entidad que se crea.
