Adopción de la Planta de Personal. El Gobierno Nacional, en ejercicio de sus competencias constitucionales y legales procederá a adoptar la planta de personal de la Unidad de Servicios Penitenciarios y Carcelarios (SPC), de conformidad con la estructura prevista por el presente decreto. A los empleados de la Unidad se les aplicará el régimen general de carrera administrativa, de clasificación y de administración de personal.
