Programas de fiscalización. Las calificaciones y autorizaciones dadas por el Comité de Entidades sin Animo de Lucro, será sin perjuicio de la verificación posterior que puedan adelantar las oficinas de impuestos nacionales. La Administración Tributaria desarrollará programas de fiscalización a las entidades del régimen especial, para determinar la procedencia de los egresos, la exención de los excedentes, y el cumplimiento de las demás disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia.
