°. Programas de Largo Plazo. Cuando la naturaleza y la magnitud del desarrollo de un programa social implique que su ejecución debe realizarse en plazos superiores a un año, la asamblea general u órgano directivo que haga sus veces podrá adoptar dichos plazos, señalando la ejecución que año por año se hará del beneficio neto o excedente.
