Entrega de archivos . Los archivos de los cuales sea el titular el Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia, hoy Ministerio del Interior, a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto y que tengan relación con las competencias de la Unidad Nacional para la Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres, deberán ser transferidos a esta Unidad por el Ministerio del interior, en los términos señalados por la ley y acorde con las indicaciones que fijen las dos instituciones.
