De conformidad con lo establecido en el Decreto 2539 de 2005, la evaluación de las competencias laborales hará parte de la valoración del desempeño laboral de los empleados de carrera y en período de prueba. Dicha valoración tendrá un valor del treinta por ciento (30%) de la calificación definitiva. La calificación satisfactoria se establecerá, como mínimo, en el 70% de la escala utilizada en el instrumento de evaluación que se adopte.
