Artículo único. Cédense al distrito de Aguachica, perteneciente al Estado soberano del Magdalena, mil hectaras de tierras baldías de las que se hallen más inmediatas al expresado distrito, destinadas única y exclusivamente á servir de ejidos á dicho distrito.
