Sustitúyanse los literales f), g), i) y q) del artículo 1.6.1.2.6. del Decreto 1625 de 2016 Único Reglamentario en Materia Tributaria, los cuales quedarán así: “f) Las personas y entidades no contribuyentes declarantes de ingresos y patrimonio y las personas naturales no responsables del impuesto nacional al consumo de restaurantes y bares; g) Los responsables del impuesto sobre las ventas - IVA y no responsables del impuesto sobre las ventas - IVA; i) Los responsables y no responsables del impuesto nacional al consumo; q) Las personas que decidan acogerse voluntariamente al Impuesto Unificado SIMPLE”.

Decreto 1468 de 2019 · por el cual se reglamenta el numeral 7 del parágrafo 3° del artículo 437 y los artículos 555-2 y 903 al 916 del Estatuto Tributario, se modifica y adiciona el Decreto 1625 de 2016, Único Reglamentario en Materia Tributaria, y se adiciona el Decreto 1068 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Hacienda y Crédito Público.
