Los beneficiarios de la pensión reconocidos en la respectiva resolución o acto administrativo que así lo ordene, tendrán derecho a percibir semestralmente del Tesoro Público, Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, una mesada pensional equivalente a la totalidad de la pensión mensual que disfrute a 30 de mayo y 30 de noviembre del respectivo año fiscal. Cada mesada, deberá pagarse dentro de la primera quincena de los meses de junio y diciembre.
